City Chic brand size 16 black shorts. Cool light 100% viscose fabric. Button side cute detail. And exposed zipper on the pockets. There was a faux tie on the waist but it was cut off. No damage done to the shorts. **has a small hole in the pocket on the seam. Would be a quick fix**
