Stunning blue wrap dress by City Chic. It’s a women’s plus size XS 14. Beautiful button details on the sleeve cuffs. Has a v-neckline. There’s a sash around the waist you can tie how you like. Has an inner lining and the bottom outer area of the dress is a wrap style so slits all the way up to the waist. It was hard to capture how pretty this dress is in the pictures. They really don’t do it justice. As soon as I saw this I had to have it, but unfortunately it’s too big on me. If you are around a size 14 give or take a little this is an absolutely beautiful dress. Could be dressed down for work or dressed up for a special occasion. It’s classic, but so comfortable too. It’s in excellent condition with no stains or tears.
