City Chic NWT size 18 denim dress

New with tags City Chic size 18 denim dress, dark blue wash. The length from shoulder to hem is 46 in. Waist is 20 in when flat. The fabric has some stretch. If I can't get a good price I will probably just keep it, since it fits. It would be perfect if it were shorter. There is a button that attaches the strap to the dress. It has 2 button holes that can be used to make the straps a little bit longer.
