Dressy women's blouse from City Chic. This is tagged as an XS even though it's a 14 as this label specializes in plus sizes. Satiny feeling fabric with a look on the front of a wrap style top. Pleats at the lower section where the two sides of the "wrap" meet. Three dressy buttons on each cuff. This blouse does have a long belt that goes with it and elastic at waist in the back. Blouse is in excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws noted.
