Citrine, Garnest, Amethyst and Emerald Ring Sterling Silver Ring Size 7 Stamped

This is a gorgeous, vintage statement ring. It features a large, oval-cut orange-yellow citrine gemstone. It's accented with small red garnets, purple amethysts, and green emerald gemstones. All of the gemstones were tested with a Presidium Gem Tester II. Based on the size of the citrine gemstone, I'd guess the stones are lab-created. The citrine gemstone measures 9x7mm (approximately 1.75 carats). The smaller gemstones are round-cut, measuring 2.5mm each. The ring is sterling silver and stamped 925 (sterling). There is no maker's mark that i can find. The ring weighs 3.7g, and it's a size 7. The ring is in excellent condition, and it will come in a gift box.
