I wear size 4 in other jeans and 27 so does it run small it don’t stretch?

@tsiye they will fit a true size 4 best! I’d say they do stretch a little bit are ultimately meant to be a tight and skinny fit! I am a size 6 and they are just a tad too small for me :)
