Citizen Women's Eco-drive Corso Diamon Accented Watch

Citizen Women's Eco-drive Corso Diamon Accented Watch with Mother of Pearl dial and silver tone hands and hour markers. The size is 6". The face of the watch has surface scratches. There is some wear on the band. All diamond accents are intact. I've tried to charge it and there has been some movement, but it seems like it may need a new battery/capacitor.
