It does work okay. Getting rid of it because I bought it on Poshmark and it doesn't fit me well.

The band is silver mesh stainless steel. If you have narrow or skinny wrist, it may work for you. What I was told by the original seller on Poshmark that you can buy a mesh stainless steel band that is longer for a low cost. I don't have the dimensions of the band.
