Circle T Black Velvet outfit

from the 80's,in excellent condition, needs to be dry cleaned from being stored so long. Cream piping on the jacket with cream polka dots throughout the fabric. lacy cream blouse with pearl collar details. the jacket and skirt are 9/10, while the blouse is 11/12. hard to remember being small enough to wear this.
