Circa early-2000s Butterfly Dropout Burnout Dress

Vintage Butterfly Dropout tie-back dress with short flutter sleeves in burnout fabric circa 2007. Size S. Laid flats measures approx 15” at chest, 14” at waist and 22” at hip. Hits just below knee, length approx 38”. 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Gently used and in good condition.
