Circa 1960's Lorrie Deb blue velvet short sleeve dress

The stories this dress could tell are incredible. The bow detail provides a coquette girl aesthetic. The v-back is very feminine and offers an extra detail. This is a vintage piece so it must be handled with care. The tag is beautifully aged as it the dress.
