Cinq-a-Sept One Shoulder Ruffle Blouse

Cinq-a-sept light blue one shoulder ruffled top, textured silky cotton with subtle stripe. Side zipper, has loop that goes around the right bicep (the side without the shoulder). I removed the tag because it hung out the back when worn. Worn twice, excellent condition. Size XS, darts at back, slimmer in the torso so easy to tuck in.
