Cinq a Sept Kelly long sleeve stripe belted mini shirt dress in size 8. New with tags, never been worn. This was exposed to a retail environment and therefore has a surface dirt as pictured ( second pic from the last) I was able to get most of it but it should come out after washing. V neck, collared, long sleeves, front button closures, A line silhouette, front tie waist, ruffled hem, all over stripe, fully lined. True to size.
