Cinderella princess dress,costume, no size, I'm guessing it fits a girl size 4

It has some tiny silver stars on the white part of the dress and some of them look faded away and one of the loops on the front has been stretched out, the last few photos that I uploaded shows the faded stars and the loop on the front of dress stretched out. I'm 2nd owner of this dress but my daughter never wore it. The brand/size tag is faded so I have no idea what size it is, so I'm guessing a size 4?? Possibly could fit a 3T to a size 5, can post measurements if needed. Corset back. From a pet free/smoke free home.
