Reposhing this item- Bought it for Halloween, my 4 year old LOVED it. Dress has a hoop skirt to make her feel like true royalty. It comes with a cape, which was perfect in the Northwest with a chilly night for trick or treating. Could go as Elsa from Frozen or Cinderella easily with the dress. Would be a beautiful Birthday dress for a princess theme 👗 👸 👑 The back is velcro. Some slight start to discoloration on bottom of the dress from dragging a bit. Start of pilling on the back (see pics). Both flaws would be difficult to notice when actually being worn. Thanks for looking
