Beautiful teal, turquoise, aqua semi formal high low dress from Cinderella size 6. I had the extra fabric scarf thing turned into shoulder off shoulder sleeves / straps. They can be worn on the shoulder too, or can be easy removed. Perfect for pageant fun fashion. I found the bust on the small side- I don’t think it would zip up for any chest 36 or above.
