Cider (XL) Country Lace Style Dress - NEEDS REPAIR - read description

Picked this up to turn it into a Halloween costume. Time has escaped me. This needs some rehab in a few spots but this could be turned into something beautiful (or not if you need a costume or the fabric) which is why I'm pricing accordingly. Bundle and save people!!!!!
