Chulis Black Tommy Sneaker Sz 4

These are adorable little boy sneakers. They are black and red with red/silver laces and Velcro closure. The toe cap has an adorable dragon. The sides have houses, and the velcro strap has trains. These do run big and they are labeled a size 2, however they measure 5" which in US conversion comes out to a size 4. Please measure your child before ordering. I have shown the measurements in the last picture.
