Standing ruffle neck, split neck with double ties, 3/4 cuffed and embroidered sleeves, lined, cotton and silk fabric composition, empire waist but not structured, loose relaxed silhouette, fabric waist tie is removable and there are no loops to hold it in place, abstract floral print. Approximate measurements: 22" pit to pit, 36" length. Falls to the top of my knees without the fabric belt and I'm 5'4". B85-8199
