Great condition. One hole in the paper on the back where it looks like someone missed the hanger wire trying to hang the picture on the wall. Beautiful barnwood look frame. Original frame. Sealed. The frame measures 21.5 x 25.25 inches. This picture has the gold seal "International Museum of the Horse" by Franklin Mint and has the COA on the back. No scuffs or scratches on the frame.
