@brokeownshorses Sorry, I did answer but I answered elsewhere and did not realize it. So, no it doesn’t include a belt. I’m curious it it ever did because there is no place for a belt on the dress, for example belt loops on each side of the dress, there are none. And it has been cleaned, dry cleaned. It does come from a smoke free and pet free household.
