It features a geometric pattern and a pull on closure. women size 4-6, the tags are missing but based on the size chart, it’s a woman’s four or six. Pull on waist approximately 27 inches It has elastic in the back that stretches it to 29 inches. It’s lined and it has a chiffon feel to it. It’s really soft.
