This is a GORGEOUS blouse by Christopher & Banks, size large. Great for the holidays or any special occasion. The base color is black but it has gorgeous silver metallic thin stripes which make it shimmer and shine. It also has a layered look on the bottom (fabric is quite thin). Pit to pit 20".
