What is the length? Waist? Hip?

These measurements were made while the top was laying flat. The total length is 33 inches, this top is made to be longer in the front and slightly shorter in the back with the back measuring 29 1/2 inches. The top measures 17 inches across with the body measuring 21 1/2-22 inches across with the hip area measuring 23 1/2-24 inches. The body measurements are from seam to seam laid flat, it does overlap in the middle 2 inches. I have attached a few extra photos.
