The button down is in good condition. It was worn about 2 times in total, it just needs to be ironed since it got wrinkly from storing it. There is a little stain as shown in 3rd photo. Size is as indicated on clothing: M The approximate measurements are: From pit to pit approximately (inches) 18 From top to bottom approximately (inches) 22.5 I try my best to use the measuring tape to show the size of clothing and going off what the tags say. Please use that and your judgment before purchasing your item. I know it can be very tricky purchasing clothing online and it ending up not fitting correctly. As well clothing manufacturing by the company. For example: Not every brands Size Medium, fits the same. So keep that in mind.
