Christmas Ornament Carousel Elephant Ornament Vintage New Smithsonian Museum I

This wonderful elephant ornament is an adaption of a piece of art from the Smithsonian Institute's Collection. This was purchased new in 1988 and was never taken out of the box or used. While the box shows some shelf wear (which is how it was aquired), the ornament has never been out of the box, so it should appear as new. This ornament is reminiscent of the old carousels that thrilled generations of children and adults alike.
