Cotton on the front side; soft, absorbent fleece on the other. This bib is so absorbent, make great drool bibs too. A few years back we had a heavy drooler grandson, these type bibs were the only bibs to contain his drool. Keeps baby dry. They don’t get in the way when the crawl. Save changing baby’s clothes, easier to change a bib out than change their cloths. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Remove promptly.
