Never worn NWT Super soft light grey sweatshirt material with cute cats wearing Santa hats and light up LEDs that are tested and work (see photo). Lights alternate red and green. Comes with a control / on off switch. Tag says Juniors XL but it kind of fit me when I was an adult XL Pit to pit measures approx 21”
