The neck strap has a snap for easy taking off and on. It ties at the waist. Blue with Christmas cookies in many colors. The straps, ruffle, and pockets are red with white polka dots. The other side is blue and no pockets. SIZE: 2 to 4 approximately. The apron from the top of neck strap closed to bottom of ruffle is 24 inches. 100% cotton - machine washable.
