This is a soft dark blue (may be black) and white striped boatneck blouse by Christian Siriano in size S. Has 3 quarter sleeves. Hem is longer in the back. Pit to pit measures 22 inches; the back (from top to bottom) measures approx 24 inches. 65% rayon; 27% polyester and 8% spandex. In mint condition. Looks like it's never been worn. Bought at an estate sale.
