@esmyromero It depends on whether your foot is narrower or wider. And is size 7 goes to all of your shoes? I'm having 7 for summer shoes, and 7.5 for booties and 7.5 some times 8 for boots. And those hills I would say for 7narrow to 7 regular size width.

Hi hun. Are these true to size? How high is the heel? And is there a red plastic cover on the whole bottom to protect the red? Also I have wide feet and am a 7 would these not work
