virgogem82 @poshksm Hi hun, yes there is some damage since these are worn. Please look at the photos really closely (like click on the photos and zoom in). I tried to be as detailed with the damage as possible with the photos. virgogem82 @poshksm no no no, I'm sorry. Please don't take it that way ☺️. I understand your needs as a buyer and since it's not something that I'm comfortable with, I want you to be able to work with someone who will match your needs. I just come from a family of attorneys, so I know wording can be used against someone easily. Like if I describe something as a dent, but it's really a scratch or if I say something is a nick but someone else thinks it's a smudge, that can be grounds to use against me.

poshksm @virgogem82 However, in three instances, I have had to return the items because the person did not even describe the damage. It didn’t matter that you could zoom in and see a teeny tiny spot. In every instance Poshmark agreed with me. So while I understand your background with attorneys, I don’t think it’s the wisest way to approach very high-end purchases.

virgogem82 @poshksm Left Shoe: -Chip underneath pointed toe cap -Small smudge at toe on top -Smudge back of heel to the left of seam -Worn bottom of sole on ball and along side of bottom of sole -Scrapes near heel on bottom of sole -Nick along back part of bottom sole -Scrapes along arch, bottom of sole -Nicks and scrapes along actual heel on the red part on sole -Partially exposed nail in heel cap -Worn inside of shoe, but logo NOT faded
