I’m a size 6 and I feel comfortable in them I think it just depends on the foot whether you can do 6 or 6.5 but it’s not a 7 for sure and not under a 6. I feel like if you are either 6 or 6.5 you’re fine. The shoe basically has no restrictions on it since it’s mostly open
