Gorgeous black peep toes from Christian Louboutin made from organza silk, creating an illusion effect to beautifully frame your foot. I adore these, but they are just a bit too small for me to wear every day. Only worn a handful of times, primarily for my wedding weekend. Please note mild wear on bottom of soles and inside of the foot bed with a few marks on the inside of the shoe box. Original box and dust bag. Size EU 38. Price is firm. Cross-listed.

Hi - I love these - are they authentic? They do not have the word Paris on the insole.

Thanks for your question! Yes, they are. I purchased them from Bergdorf Goodman (which you can see if you look closely at the label on the picture with the box).

@jackeesimpkins one other thing of note: Louboutin stopped including the Paris stamp on the insole on all designs after 2008. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

@rmill128 they definitely still say Paris on the interior stamp of all shoes, even today. It’s very odd that they don’t say Paris but everything else looks authentic.

@tiffcake you can probably help more here since these are an older style.

@mollylasiter yeah they look great - i was curious if you heard anything from your friend that works at the boutique- I just ordered a pair from Neiman Marcus and they say Paris. They are beautiful shoes. I’ve just never heard that.

@mollylasiter @jackeesimpkins Thanks for your questions and weighing in. I see that my syntax in my earlier comment wasn't clear. Some designs after 2008 do not include the Paris stamp. By that I meant that not every single shoe after 2008 includes a Paris stamp. You can verify this from a number of sources. I do not have the original receipt to share, but as you can see from the photos do have the original box. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

@jackeesimpkins @rmill128 @mollylasiter I’ve got some old paillette VP’s that do not have Paris on the insole and also have an have the old zigzag edge (they’re in my closet if you wanna take a peek—rose gold pair—not for sale so don’t worry I’m not advertising 😘) I actually think I have more than that without Paris but I’d have to double check. My horde has swelled hehe. These are definitely authentic. I wouldn’t hesitate buying these myself 😊

@jackeesimpkins @rmill128 @mollylasiter I’ve got also got pairs of Angelique and Ambrosina that use the same ruched crepe. The material and ruching looks like it’s supposed to look on these. The fakes have less material and it’s folded/overlapped instead of ruched. It should be gauzy and you can slide it together/apart

@tiffcake I didn’t know that there was any without Paris but everything else checked out, even the box details so I figured if anyone would know for sure it would be you. ♥️ thank you for the help!

@mollylasiter I’ve seen it sometimes removed from pairs that did have it if the pair was cleaned with certain chemicals. I myself use Lincoln EZ cleaner for really dirty pairs and it definitely fades the gold. If I use a greasy cleaning product like furniture or makeup or baby wipes instead, it leaves the gold intact.
