Christian Dior military button long coat wool? Velvet shoulder pads pockets

It’s vintage but in an good an clean condition. As I see some parts of the inside lining been repaired (look at last pics). Marked with US 12 and in my opinion also runs like it. It has shoulder pads. The mannequin in the pictures is a size 6.
