boo13023 @liptonroyal there is no defined waist on this one but it is 16" at the section where pleats start. at the pleat section it goes up to 22" across. it also has pockets in the skirt section and there is a button in the little belt that goes across the skirt area. I would only worry about ptp which is also 16"

boo13023 @liptonroyal also ty for the offers, I bought it for around $200 few years ago and never got to wear because I started lifting weights it does not fit me in the chest area anymore. I am still somewaht attached to it, so have some room from the original price but not too much given the high fees as well
