Chloe + Rene Vibrant Paisley Long Sleeves Flowy Gathered Dress - Tag missing

Chic, hippy vibes dress featuring a vibrant blue paisley pattern. Ideal for any occasion. Long blousy oversized sleeves, soft and flowing and retro while also being very feminine. Gathered with tiny stretch pleats on chest and partially down arms as shown in photo. The tag is missing, but my best guess is this would fit well on a 2X-4X girlie. Very comfy and flattering due to unique design.
