Chloe Puff-ball Mini Skirt This skirt is crafted from sophisticated coated quilted jacquard with tonal placed patterns. The high-rise, hip-hugging silhouette puffs out at the bottom for a billowy shape with playful yet elegant appeal. Top half of the skirt is lined and it has a back zipper for easy wear. It show some markings (shown in photos), but is in otherwise great condition. Measurements added for size. Size 13” waist, 17.25” hips, 17.25” long measured from center back
