Chloe Black Leather Shoulder REHAB bag with COA

This is a CHLOE REHAB/ Project bag. She could be beautiful again! She definitely needs leather conditioner. The handles will need attention one has been cut off. ( The way it was cut one is still attached on each side) could be used as a shoulder bag possibly a crossbody. She will need some stitches at both ends of her zipper.
