Chinoiserie style chubby ceramic cat with hook on top EUC

Not sure if this chubby kitty cat is meant to be strung up and hung somewhere? Maybe he’s a very heavy ornament? In any case, he’s darling. He measures almost 5” long, a bit over 2” wide. He’s solid ceramic, painted, with a clear glaze. It looks like his dark blue tail was dipped into blue glaze. The rest of him is a fan and floral pattern with vines. Chinoiserie is a European imitation of Chinese and other artistic styles, especially in decoration. He’s adorable! Gives Delft vibes.
