Chinese boading balls

This is a set of Chinese Baoding balls, also known as meditation or health exercise balls, housed in a traditional red decorative box. They are rotated in the palm of the hand to help reduce stress, improve joint flexibility, and enhance blood circulation. The balls are made of metal and contain a beautiful chime that sounds when they are rotated. These pictures don’t do them justice. They are a pretty color.
