Chinese Laundry black fabric velcro strap ankle bootie heels

Ankle strap: velcro, adjustable Heel height: 3.25” Lightly worn I purchased these new from TJ Maxx and have owned them for 10 years but have only worn them 2-3 times. The fabric gives off a slight sheen and is soft on the inside. Fit is adjustable via the velcro strap that goes around the back of the ankle. Some light scuffs visible on both heel blocks (shown) I don’t remember the original purchase price so had to give my best guess!
