The chest from pit to pit is 14 inches wide and the whole costume from top to bottom is about 48 inches so the child would need to be lesser than 48 inches to comfortably fit in from the butt to the bottom. It is 27 inches long. It zips up in the back and it is like brand new. In box July 24-1
