Child's Dress Size 4

This dress is made from cotton and has a lemon pattern on light red with yellow shoulder ties. The band at the bottom of the dress has contrasting colors of aqua and yellow leaves. Measures are: Top to Bottom L 17.5". Bottom W 17'. Top W 11.5" as wide as it will go.. Machine wash and dry low/gentle. Secure ties prior washing. If needed ironing is ok.
