Children's Dress

This is a great dress for the Winter holiday's!! The Black chest part is Velvet, and the bottom shiny Gold part is Polyester. The middle waist band is stitched with Sequins. This dress has two Velvet strings from both sides of the dress, that is used to tie it off in the back with a bow so it fit's the child's figure!!!
