yes I'm a 7 1/2 and they fit my foot and I really liked then and thought well if I just dont walk to much in them so because of that I thought they might be womens 4 then I thought do they even make a womens size 4? So I'm really not sure they look kinda like there two big for kids but I just dont know for sure if you were a size 5 or 6 they would probably fit good in sorry did I just confuse you more? lol lol
