Chiffon Floral Black Maxi dress With Long Sleeves

This is a fun size 14 black chiffon dress with a large floral print in shades of pink & blue. The waist is sort of a wide band of elastic smocking. There is one wide ruffle that forms the bottom of the skirt. This is in very good previously owned condition. Please ask if you have questions.
