Chicways, Tie front blouse.

Cropped 2 button tie front blouse with Collar & ruched 3/4 sort of puffed sleeves. Elastic at the cuff. There is an opening between the second button & the tie. Top part of top is white, bottom half is white with red polka dots. The ties are very long, 57 inches in length. Size S. The tag says Polyester but it feels like all cotton. NWOT pit to pit 15” waist laying flat 16.5”
