Chico's women's pull on Indigo blue looks jeans/ leggings size 00 Regular, size 2, ( 28”waist). Waistband. Excellent condition, like new. Two pockets on the back and two decorative pockets on the front, stretch. NO zipper. Looks like jeans, but are leggings. Measurements (approximate while lying flat - see attached photos).
