Chico's sweater tunic to the knees

Super soft sky blue sweater. Cropped sleeves. Size 0, but I think that's a size 4 at Chico's. I tried it on as a size 6, it just wasn't as oversized on me, and the arms were like 3/4 sleeves. 30" long.
